Evoking the leisurely meander of fluffy clouds, our latest interpretation of a wheat beer is delightfully smooth and refreshing. Brewed with an elegant grain bill of flaked and malted wheat as the base, Fleeting Clouds is infused with Mandarin Orange Peel and scented with fresh ground coriander seeds. It has a hazy gold hue, pillowy mouthfeel and citrus-forward effervecence making it incredibly crushable.

L-Pours a two fingered rock head with a hazy straw gold body. Not much carbonation is visible and the head dissipates quickly. Looks flat.
S- Notes of orange, wheat, sugary tootsie pop, grainy rice, sweet corn and phenolic banana is there as well.
T-A bit understated and watered down. Notes of orange and wheat with a slight earthy pepperiness. Phenols are present, spiced nutmeg is also there. Bitter at the back end.
F-Falls a bit flat with subtle carbonation at the back of the tongue. Chewy mouthfeel.
Definitely a lower than average beer. A bit flat, and dull. Not fully realized, and maybe a tad bit unfinished. In no way offensive, compromised, or gross, but just not very good. I wouldn't have this again.
