Wow! A nice rye IPA. Great taste...not dry like other rye beers.

On tap, poured into a shaker. The aroma is a bright, pungent marmalade and toast combination. The beer is a brilliant orange brown with a dense white head and has good lace and moderate retention. The taste is balanced bittersweet just north of medium. It’s smooth and creamy with a fuzzy carbonation and medium body. Flavors of oranges and bread crust are noted with a finish that’s crisp with notes of rye bread and a zesty, bitter citrus membrane (grapefruit). Late in the drink, some metal appears. The aftertaste is mild, short, and lightly astringent with grapefruit bitterness and light rye graininess.
