Pours a hazy darker amber color (more reddish brown out of direct light) with a 1-2 finger width foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both excellent. Big grapefruit aroma with some resinous hoppy bitterness. Fresh. Big, juicy grapefruit taste with a nice bitter resinous hop. Moderately astringent. Lighter bodied. Moderate to heavy carbonation. Good job on this one.

A: Pours a darker reddish/orange color than I expected. A dense tow finger white head forms with excellent retention and lace left all the way down the glass.
S: A big fruity hop aroma up front. Stone fruit, citrus, grapefruit with some bitterness. Substantial sweetness as well. Bitterness lingers.
T: Like the nose, hoppy, fruity, lightly bitter up front. Citrus and grapefruit. Again, a noticeable caramel malt sweetness, with a lingering bitterness in the finish. Well balanced and enjoyable for sure.
M/O: A medium body that is crisp and effervescent. Smooth and super clean at the same time. Easy to drink. I will be getting more of this while I can.
A nice sweetness balances out the El Dorado which is good. In the typical Saint Arnold mold, just balanced and well made. Very nice.

On tap at the Flying Saucer (Houston, TX), served in a shaker pint. Creamy off white head atop a nearly clear, reddish brown body; nice clumpy lace. Fruit salad aroma and taste: nice notes of melon, stone fruit and subtle citrus. Balanced by a good malt base, round without overt sweetness; just enough bitterness. Medium body and carbonation. A nice newer IPA showing off balanced tropical fruit of El Dorado hops. Great after Saint Arnolds' March Santo Social Run.
