Description: Oktoberfest aged in
Red Wine Barrels with Brettanomyces and Texas Mustang Grapes.
Review: On tap at Goodnight Charlie’s, served in a 10 oz Libbey Gibraltar rocks glass. Deep amber with a reddish hue and short head of off white foam. Nice wine and funk notes enliven the malty base. Seemed just right to enjoy while listening to a talk by owner (and master sommelier) David Keck.
