Poured from a 12 ounce can dated 5-3-23 into a teku glass.

Look- Pale gold, very mild haze, white sudsy head, below average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Floral, earthy, bready, between weak and medium strength of scent.

Taste- Biscuit, grassy, mildly sweet, medium strength of flavor.

Feel- Between thin and medium body, average carbonation, moderately creamy, mildly astringent, moderately bitter, mildly dry finish.

Overall- Pale gold with below average head retention and lacing. Bouquet was floral, earthy and bready. Flavor was biscuit with a grassy/earthy character. Body was between thin and medium with moderate creaminess and a mildly dry finish. This beer provided a slightly less than average drinking experience. It was a simple and straight forward beer.

From a can. Pours a golden color with a finger of white head. Light malty aroma. Medium body with good carbonation. Bready flavor with a noble hop finish.

On tap at the source.
Mostly clear light gold color with a small bubbly white head that persists. Rich bready crackey maltiness with floral and earthy hops to counter. Clean well made brew.

Pretty good Czech pilsner, lacks the bready mouthfeel and body typical of the best Czech lagers. My substitute when I can't find Live Oak Pilz. Solid beer.

Appearance:
Light gold, clear. Lots of fine bubbles rising. Bright white head, pretty good head retention.

Aroma:
Clean, cracker, some sweetness, peppery.

Taste/Finish/Body:
Light pale malt, a little sweetness, cracker. Clean lager yeast. Hop bitterness is moderate, mostly spicy noble hops. Finish is dry, very clean, lingers very well. Soft body, medium carbonation, crisp, clean, refreshing, super drinkable.

Overall:
It's a very nice Pilsner style beer.
