19.2oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of orange, guava, grapefruit, caramel and resin. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp piney bitterness.

Banger from Saint Arnold. Single 12 fl oz can, picked up 10/11/25, at Spec’s #69, Live Oak, TX, $2.73 (including tax and discount)/$ 0.227/fl oz. On room temperature shelf in store. Reviewed 21/11/25, review 3641. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Bottom of can stamped “CANNED 06/04/25.” Stored at home at 37 degrees F. Served at 42.9 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature is 49.6 degrees F.
Appearance – 3.5.
First pour – Straw (SRM 3), clear.
Body – Straw (SRM 3), clear. Under direct light, same. When rear-lite, same.
Head – Average (Maximum 3.6 cm, aggressive center pour). White, low density, frothy, average retention, quickly dropping to a 0.7 – 0.9 cm jagged crown and a thin, rocky partial cap. There are scattered bubbles remaining behind as the head collapses.
Lacing – Poor. Just a few scattered tiny islands remain on the glass.
Aroma – 3 – Basically none – no hops, no malt, no alcohol (8.4 % ABV according to the label)
Flavor – 3 – Begins slightly bitter with slightly spicy hops, barely noticeable malt. No alcohol. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. No gastric warming.
Palate – 4 – Medium: Approaching creamy: Soft carbonation.
Style: Doesn’t follow the BA style description – not juicy or fruity, little hop aroma, not bitter.
Final impression and summation: 3.5 Uncredited art work. Clear, weak, and lagerish – but the ABV is well-hidden. Distinctly NOT a NEIPA.

Canned on: 5-8-25

A - Medium gold pour with perfect clarity and a dense layer of lacing resting on top with moderate carbonation.

S - Light biscuity malt with stale citrus.

T - Lightly sweet biscuity malt with barely any citrus hop presence.

M - Medium body with light prickly carbonation.

O - I shouldn't be reviewing this beer at 5 months old but will revisit if I ever get another one that's younger.

12oz canned 6-4-25, opened 8-8-25.
3 finger off-white head on a clear and clean golden body. Excellent retention and sticky lacing.
Does not look anyway like a hazy IPA, looks like a great beer though so 4.5 applies for that in an all around good looking beer category.
Candied citrus, blueberry, some tropical fruit aromas, and pine - tons of hop fruitiness showing.
Big fruity IPA with a creamy malt backing.
Medium body and low-medium carbonation. Some chalkiness cross the tongue mid-palate and into the finish.
Fruity and medium length finish that is off-dry to dry.
Very Good.

It's good, especially if you like grapefruit. I am an amateur homebrewer, and I am constantly amazed by what the pros can do with only malt, hops, yeast and good H2O. But I am hoping we can all take a moment to mourn the loss of their 'Juicy IPA' beer... that was a fine NEIPA, and by me at least, it will be missed.

Poured from a "tall boy" can bought in Texas.

Although labeled an Imperial Hazy IPA, the beer is clear, with a light gold color. The head is fairly fluffy and white. Aromas of fresh mango and orange pith. Flavors are light and refreshing, with orange and tropical fruit and just a hint of bready malt. Light to medium body with moderate, creamy carbonation. Medium hops bitterness is somewhat offset by some malt sweetness. Alcohol presence seems low for the ABV. This is a fresh-tasting hazy IPA that is very easy-drinking for an Imperial example.

Poured out a very clear light golden/amber color and was topped off with a thick fluffy white head. The aroma was really fruity and inviting, hints of apple and citrus fruit. The taste is ok, not bad but not their best either. Hoppy upfront and sweet overall, light citrus and grassy flavors came out. Light bodied overall and fun to drink.
