Our Saison aged in neutral wine barrels in the presence of brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pedioccous. Stone fruit forward aroma with lemon zest and slight candied ginger. Beautiful white wine, and shortbread flavor with an acute dry finish. Aged 16 months in the barrel.
