Bottled 11/3/22. Drank 1/19/24.
Pour is jet black with a thin fizzy cola like head that fades quickly.
Nose is vanilla, rich dark chocolate, soft bourbon, plum/fig. smells promising!
Taste is dark chocolate, a huge wave soft bourbon, vanilla, oak, roasted malt, fudge. not overly sweet. warming, but alcohol is well hidden. Nutty almond in the finish; like fudge brownies with almonds
Smooth creamy body. low/moderately carbonation. not overly thick
