A: Pours with a light haze, a yellow/orange color. With a small white head that forms, leaving light lace as it recedes.
S: Lightly hoppy, citrus/orange. Spicy, light esters and a light plastic phenolic aroma.
T: Like the nose, light hoppy, fruity orange. Belgian candied sugar. with a plastic phenolic character that takes over just a bit to much. A touch of bitterness in the finish.
M/O: A light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. A bit on the watery side. Easy to drink. I can have a few while at the brewery.
Not perfect, but good enough. Could use a bit more oomph, and a little less plastic phenolic character. Though very approachable.
