A: Pours a pale yellow color, with a very slight haze. About a finger of a white cap forms, but recedes. Which does leave some light lace behind.
S: A surprisingly big and dank aroma up front. Which then leads to that distinctive grape which bursts out, along with some berries and melon. A big fruit salad that I really enjoy.
T: Like the nose, all the grape, berry, and melon fruit medley is there. Though it fades a bit quickly. There is a cereal grain flavor and light bitterness lingering.
M/O: A light body with a kind of "soft" carbonation. This could definitely be more crisp for me. Though it is very easy to drink and come back to.
I have a couple of slight quibbles with this one. I would like more bitterness in the finish, and more effervescent/crisp carbonation. Otherwise, is a very fine New Zealand hopped low ABV pale ale. And even with my slight quibbles, I can easily have more of this.
