From a growler via the brewery in a snifter thanks to Bluejacket74 and Laura---Cheers!
This solid tripel pours a amber tinged golden color with a decent head of white foam that
subsides to a thin ring and light thin layer with spotty lacing. Nose of banana, bubblegum,
candy malts, and subtle Belgian spice of coriander. Flavors follow the nose with a bubblegum
and banana ester laced candy malt forward tripel hitting all the right notes for the style with a
touch of peach and apple lightly dashed with coriander. Nice mouth feel; medium body, warming,
smooth, light carbonation that is lightly fluffy, and a nice boozy candy sugar and banana laced
finish.
Overall, a SOLID brew from a great brewery....excellent!
