4X Dry Hopped Sexy Weekend – Lo-Cal IPA- 3.5% - A very light ale that has been aggressively dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic giving it loads of citrus and floral hop aroma.

12 ounce can, purchased as part of Sideswipe's Anniversary Celebration case released last weekend. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a clear pale gold color with about an inch white head that stuck around a while. Decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like grapefruit, lemon peel, peach, honeydew melon and bready/grainy malt. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some floral hop flavors. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and a bit slick with a good amount of carbonation. Nice easy drinking beer, I'd really like it on a hot day but it's a good lower ABV hoppy option. I think it's a good twist on their regular Sexy Weekend, definitely worth trying if you get the chance to!
