Pours a murky and cloudy dark brown with a tan head.
The smell is roast, cherries, a little coffee grounds, berry fruit, dark chocolate, and toast. The flavor is more dominated by the chocolate, dark fruit, raspberries, molasses, roasted oats and bread crust. The alcohol is definitely present. It has a very active mouthfeel going down, more than I would prefer.
