Yet another on tap at the brewery with ruzud.
Toasted tan reddish apple color, light fizzy head.
Nose nice tart reddish malts, sourish like fruity characters, reddish candy malts, souring like funk notes, hint acidity, hint yeasty.
Taste brings sweet syrupy candy, reddish malt, touch of tartness, fruity characters, I feel like a hint of souring lacto feel, mild honey note in the background, little yeasty, actually honey starts to increase, with mild floral flowery flavours. Finish is mildly sticky sweet, a bitter slight spicy flowery hops, little souring sticky feel.
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, nice carb, touch syrupy sweet and sticky souring like note.
Overall interesting, very unique combination of characters, but probably couldn't drink too much of this.

Bought a mini growler on Fri at the brewery. Opened it Sunday. No carbonation. Too bad, tasted fine but too flat.

I was given a growler of this by a non beer drinking friend who didn't want it - the growler had been opened and half was drunk 4 days earlier so I'm not sure if my drinking of the other half reflects a true rating or not - but this beer blew me away so I have to. Thick solid and syrupy. Low carbonation likely because of some oxygenation. Little head for same reason. Limited smell. So look and taste get artificially high ratings given time in bottle and imagining what must have been on fresh capping. Tasted more like a Dubbel than a Saison - really tasty. Can't wait to try more as this was my first tasting of Tributary.

Tasted at the brewery. Described as a Biere de Miel.
Cloudy light amber color. Good head. Settles to ring bubbles and stringy lace
A bit of a yeast bite up front. Lightly toasted malt in the background.
Creamy start, sour finish. Smooth, rich body. Low carbonation. Spritzy swallow which draws out the tart flavors. Light aftertaste but it lingers a long time.
