Tap at the brewery
Big fluffy creamy head fades slowly great lacing, murky orange honey color.
Nose big Belgian floral, fruity esters, faint phenol, apple skin, pear, little stone fruit pit, little floral, mild toasted grainy malt, sweet.
Taste bring mild floral grassy hop, big fruity esters, apple skin, pear, little vinous musty, white grape skin, mild peppery spiced phenols, creamy malt, candy sweetness but not sticky, light candi sugar, little candy orange peel. Finish is dry very little booze, little bitterness, lingering fruity.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb, very little booze.
Overall pretty nice, great Belgian characters.

Howler from the brewery.
Mostly clear light golden color with a smallish white head that dissipates quickly. Sweet honey like maltiness spicy light peppery earthy yeastiness. Light alcohol warming. Really clean well made Belgian style brew.
