Sample at the source.
Tod told us this one is a year old.
Deep copper in color with a thin off white head that persists. Rich caramel and brown sugar maltiness with lots of dark fruits faint oxidation and a touch of warming alcohol. Pretty tasty sipper right there.

I picked up a growler of this beauty yesterday at Trib.... having some today, 27JAN18, while relaxing with some classic rock....
Poured some into my Smutty snifter... it's a hazy, tawny, russet brown color, with a bit of carbo here and there... Has some beige foam on top, though not plentiful. Has lots of A-1 lace on the glass, though. Nose has some toasty malt and caramel. Body is medium to medium-plus, and it feels quite smooth, overall.
Taste has a touch of toasty malt, with a bit of caramel. It has a lot more in the hop category, though. It gets piney, resiny and bit pithy. A solid base of citrus pervades here... Lots of nice hoppiness with a solid malt base.... similar to Bigfoot... Good stuff!! Zum Wohl!!!
