Poured from a 16 oz can dated 1/12/21 into the test glass
A - Dark straw color, excellent clarity, Steady parade of gentle carbonation. A thin ring clings to the glass wall during the experience.
S - Nice malt aromas, some bicuity elements as well. Nice grassy hop thread as well
T - Not off the aromatics a bit, Runs in a very narrow band. There is a delightful bready aspect to the flavors.
M - Medium in body, with a semi sweet start and nice bite at the end. Dry finish
O - A quite good and quite drinkable Pilsner from Tributary,

Not sure exactly what a "Canadian" pilsener is, I just hope it's not Molson. Can date smudged
Pours a light fizzy head with low retention, brilliantly clear light pale golden color, color/clarity is nice, but head is not
Nose has plenty of pilsner malt, grainy, straw, lots of corn, fruity esters with a hint of apple juice, that's about it
Taste again brings some pilsner malts up front, grainy-sweet, a bit doughy, straw, as well as the corn again but not as much, more of the fruity esters with more apple juice or apple cider notes, a bit of a hard water like mineral as well, touch of bitterness, then seems to get like a weird stale malt flavor on the finish, with a bit more bitterness that just seems out of place with the apple flavor, and a weird bitter skunky note late on the finish
Mouth is light bod, at least a soft lager character, med foamy carb
Overall I guess this is basically like Molson or cheap Canadian pilsner style, not sure if it was intentional but this was a good pilsner IMO
