Canned 2021/02/17
Pours a tan fizzy small head with lower retention, soapy lacing, dark copper color but crystal clear
Nose brings nice toasted biscuity malts, some bread crust, a bit of toffee, brownish toasted malt that's Dunkel like, some herbal hops in the background, hint of roast
Taste brings more brownish toasted malt, lots of bread crust and sweet toffee like flavors, a bit biscuity, nutty notes, hint of roast and coffee as well, fair sweetness smooth with a little caramel as well, lighter bitterness with a little herbal spicy hop, getting to a med spicy hop bitterness on the finish
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, med frothy carb
Overall not bad, better than I thought it would be, more towards the Dunkel side, but a nice hop bite on the finish, not overpowering
