This IPA was brewed in collaboration with Sacred Profane Tank Pub to evoke hoppy beers of yesteryear. Brewed with whole leaf Cascade, and dry hopped with Citra, Callista, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade this beer pushes all the classic American hop aromatics including pine, citrus, resin, and earthiness. This beer is brilliantly bright, balanced, and bitter with a dry finish. An instant classic.
