Citra, Colorado organic Cascade and Chinook hop bill. 4 lb's of grapefruit rind added to boil and hopback. Rested for 40 days in fresh barrel.
Good bitter hop bite. Oak seems to stand it up even more. Interesting take on a pale that works.
