Growler impression:
Nice spicy chile pepper heat. Neutral malt profile (probably 2-row malted barley/pilsner malt). No overt hop flavours.
Drinkable and approachable, especially for a chile beer. Not over-the-top in terms of heat, but it could do with more diversity and depth of flavour. Lacks any unique or special characteristics, but it'd pair well with pizza. I have a whole growler's worth, but I'll probably only be able to stomach 1 pint per night at most...it's not an insanely drinkable beer given its obvious heat. At a minimum, I expect a chile beer to bring chile heat to the table and this delivers.
