Light, bright, refreshing. A sessionable easy drinker, for sure. A nice lighter option, as craft brews go, with appeal to the newly converted. The US Tettnanger hops really shine in this brew contributing floral notes and minimal bitterness. Clean but more flavorful than most American blondes without the body or yeasty character of the Belgian sister-style.

Sadly, I understand why this beer was in the marked down bin as it has no pizazz and really very little flavor. I admit, the cans lured me. You win some, you lose some.

No bottle dating. Clear golden pour. Significantly substandard head volume ( less than a finger with an aggressive pour ), lacing and retention.
The nose is fair, but very light. A slight whiff of Tettnanger over an equally light pale base is all there is.
Heavy light body that is smooth with a slight touch of oiliness. Very good carbonation / body balance. Mid palate effervescence is subtle while the finish has just enough to provide a subtle prickly finish.
The flavor profile is very good. Tettnanger intensity is spot on as is balance. Complexity and contrast are lacking a bit thus keeping this one just shy of outstanding territory. Bitterness is mild and nicely balanced with a subtle pale malt sweetness. The finish is a slow fade of Tettnanger herbal flavor. As it warms, a hint of sulfur emerges near the finish.

Poured murky golden with a full white head. Aromas of citrus and earthy pale hops with blond malt. Taste has the hops becoming very mild, leaving watery malt and bland yeast, not knotty, just boring. Feel is watery, thin, light, and wispy. Better blondes out there but this is easy drinking as it promised
