Our unapologetically Hazy IPA is mashed using hefty amounts of barley, wheat and oats and then smothered with lactose to create a distinctive smooth mouthfeel. Soulfire was then boiled using an immense amount of late hop additions and dry hopped with mountains of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe while being fermented on a blend of 3 separate Norwegian Kveik yeast strains to accentuate the hops and provide optimum haziness. Explore oceans of pineapple and passion-fruit flavors highlighted by papaya and mango, with an undeniable tropical fruit backbone and a piney finish. Soulfire = Craft Passion!
