Served in a snifter at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A one finger off white head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is an amber copper color with some clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Spicy, pepper, clove, carsmel, doughy, toasted, banana.
Taste: Getting all those aromas on the palate. Light chewy and bitterness in the rear.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, a little creamy, slightly chewy, medium carbonation, and medium bodied.
Overall: This beer seems yo a blend of a pale ale, saison, and rye beer. Cool and complex.
