Cloudy, pale yellow brew with enormous, creamy offwhite head.
To my surprise, this beer evinces brettanomyces characteristics on the nose. The label states that kviek yeast is used.
This also tastes like brett. I like this beer far more than I expected to ; I expected an ordinary NEIPA.
