Our best selling bottled beer is our take on the classic English India Pale Ale. Combining floor malted Maris Otter barley with English and US hop varieties, it is fantastically drinkable and has collected multiple awards since we first brewed it back in 2013.

L: Hazy, amber colour with one finger of off-white head that leaves sheets of lacing.
S: Clean but light aroma of English malt.
T: Stewed tea and gentle citrus over a bready base. Light bitterness.
F: Medium body with a soft mouthfeel. Low carbonation.
O: Delicate for an English IPA. Would like to try on draught.

Citrus notes from new world hops like cascade, chinook and simcoe, bready malt base, pours slightly hazy.
