T: Strong gooseberries and blackberries on a piney backdrop. A lovely bit of spiciness is perceptible. Nice sweet/tart snap on the tongue. The mouthfeel is lacking a bit of pop which I think works in its favour. Most hoppy APAs tend to be too fizzy for my liking anyway, and this is nothing like lagery. Not a particularly bitter brew, but not needed in this case.
