Crystal clear and very pale gold, with a soapy white ring of head - poured very southernly at the Cambridge Blue, but the cask's on absolutely top form, not a hint of vinegar in sight. Subtle honey and pear on the nose, then sweet hops with a granny smith sourness, with wheat and barley water on the finish. The 3.8 ABV leads to a little wateriness in the texture, but that's no bad thing - it's a session ale so smooth you can drink it like water.
