Little place at the zipline start of the Fremont Street experience. Small store front with bar that seats 10 and a few tables, both inside and out along the walkway. A dozen house beers on tap and 4 or 5 guest taps. Service was reasonable as was the food.

Visited early on a Friday afternoon. Located by the zipline start on Fremont street. Nice interior. About ten of their beers on tap and a few guest taps. Service was adequate at best, did not care if we were there or not. Beer quality was decent. An oasis from the hustle of Fremont Street.

Down on Fremont, this brewery is fine but has a limited selection. It's a smaller place, and the quality of the brews is average. There are some interesting beer to chose from however. Worth a visit if you are here already.

Decent spot and nice enough lay out, the issue with the vibe not being my favorite isn't so much about the brewery and more about it being Fremont, whose scene just really does not do anything positive for me. Sitting outside on the patio, I felt like I was hanging on Fremont Street, not a brewery. Inside was better, but we were outside so that's all I can review. The place was smaller than I expected. Beer quality was solid. I loved the Coffee Kolsch, the Nitro Cappucino Porter couldn't quite hold up to the nitro but wasn't bad. Service was decent. Selection was nice. Maybe 10 of their beers with some variety, including barrel aged offering. Overall, I wasn't expecting much when stopping in but was pleased with what I discovered. I'd happily drink here again even if it is on Fremont.

Stop #516 on my world brewery tour. The close "early" around midnight and got there at 11:30 - in time for one beer. It was a well-done IPA and I was able to chat up the bartender about two other Fremont breweries and what to get. They don't have a carry out license so you have to consume there. A nice place and worth the stop if you're visiting the Fremont Experience.

A nice site to see when your stuck drinking macros when inside most casinos. While its not in a casino its on Fremont St in a pretty cool place. I stopped in while bouncing from casino to casino for a flight and I wasn't disappointed with tasty beers and a chill place to drink them. To me its a must stop if you find yourself on Fremont St.

Though this brewer has been held up as an example of what is best in the NV craft-brew scene, I wasn't much impressed with their location.

The vibe was quite possibly the most disappointing aspects of this location. The bartenders were more interested in their locals and regulars and not so much with the touristy-types like I myself had presented. Not much conversation was had making for a boring time when you go to the brewery by yourself. Quality, however, was impressive as well as their selection. Not only was their selection of their own made brews extensive, they offered "guest" brews as well. The service was, well, serviceable. I got my selection quickly and I got paid out quickly as well. And to top it all off, no stickers or coasters - none! How does a brewer not have these on hand, especially for a place as popular as this. How? I walked away none-to-impressed with this brewery.

Service is very good and everyone is friendly. Great selection of beers and you can pay $30 to drink from open to close and try all their beers. Highly recommend if you are coming to downtown Las Vegas

Easy to find as this is located on Fremont Street in the pedestrian zone next to the Heart Attack Grill. Overall I am not a fan of the downtown Vegas area, but this place is more comfortable than other bars in the area. There are a few outdoor tables and a grill for food. Inside the place is spacious and has an industrial feel to it. The bar can seat about 8 comfortably and there are a bunch of tables too. There is a wall of shirts and hats in the back.

Banger had 10 house beers on draft covering many styles. In addition they carry about 16 guest beers. The beers were of good quality but nothing really stood out to me as being a great beer I want to come back for. Service was friendly and prompt. Definitely a must stop for an BA if you are in the area.

Banger is right in the middle of the downtown Fremont Street tourist zone, but once inside you're in a standard, cool, craft brewery. It's got a great vibe, and all the beers I tried were quite good indeed but for one or two exceptions. Service is good, people are cool, and with 11 house beers on tap there were some interesting styles on offer. One thing I liked was the large number of guest taps -- maybe 20 or so -- so if you only have time for one beer destination downtown, this would be the one to hit.

This would be a homerun joint if they were somehow located nearer to the heart of the "newer" Vegas. Too hip of a thing to be on Fremont imho. But, the good thing about being on Fremont, it's not going to be jam packed (or at least when I went). Beer selection seemed plentiful. Staff was as kind as can be. Very clean appearance interior appearance which is a rarity for that side of town. An absolute must stop for any beer lover. And there's food. Will def go again next time I'm out there.

Small 5bbl brewing system brewpub on the entrance to Fremont Street experience. 10 or so of their own beers, and a handful of guest drafts as well. Pretty solid beers. I had Cabernet barreled brown and a bourbon barreled stout. Both great. Nice staff, good location. Good times.

Nice little brewery with a different selection of beers. Their Coffee Kolsch ( Morning Joe) is one of the most unique beers I have ever tasted with a strong coffee flavor. The bartender was incredibly nice and well educated in the beers. Beer flights at four beers for eight dollars is a great way to go here.

Among all the sleazy-touristy spots up and down Fremont Street, Banger is an oasis of craft stuff and good manners. A nice little space, a great bartender who took the time to explain their beers and chat with me and six guest beers on tap (Rodenbach, Lindemanns, Union Jack).

Among their beers, I enjoyed the Morning Joe Coffee Kolsch enough to get a growler (they have a $25 special for a growler, a pint and a flight). Also on tap: El Heffe (Jalapeno Heffeweizen), DTB Brown Ale, Hops Anonymous IPA, a regular Kolsch, Dry County Quad and a nitro Black IPA they were testing and I got to try. I wouldn’t say their beers are outstanding, but they are good and fun.

Beer tanks on view, chill atmosphere, friendly folks and moderate prices ($5-$6 per pint). I dig Banger.

Small list and high price
Tried the coffee kolsch and got an 8 oz glass for $7. At least it tasted great and smelled even better. Special on growler fills Tuesday's

Really liked this place the most of my time in Las Vegas (checked Triple 7 and Big Dog's) primarily because of the server Mariah (I hope I am spelling that right). Very nice and excited about the job and the people that come in. Really cool person. The brewery is rather interesting as it's a full on tasting room and brewery right in the middle of the Fremont Experience area. Had 7 or 8 of their own selections as well as 5/6 guest options too. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. Overall a great experience here. Definitely go out to see them if you are in Vegas. They are very close to Atomic Liquor (a bar not a store) that has a lot of beer selections too.

I really wanted to love this spot as it's moments from work---and they certainly brew a wide variety of beers (11 or so). The problem here is that that beer isn't great---better than several other Vegas stalwarts like Chicago or Big Dogs, but not near a interesting as the nearby Hop Nuts.

Nice place at the front edge of Freemont Street. Vibe is inviting and the night I was there people were casually enjoying their pints.

Some guests taps to go with about 8 of Bangers own offerings. I got a flight and the server even gave me a sample of Joseph James Oak Smoker.

Overall its a decent place I was glad to try. Vegas has booming craft beer scene lately.

Best brewhouse in Vegas. We almost made the mistake of passing it by due to it's tourist location but I'm glad we didn't. Great people who know their beer.

This place is tucked in to what I'd call a small mall and visible off Las Vegas Boulevard while almost downtown although it appears that technically it's on Fremont Street. A decent small venue with several tables and a counter. Wonderful and friendly staff really seeks to accommodate. There are several selections from this brewery with no "visiting taps" when I visited. So, this place is good to the extent that you want to taste/drink Banger Brewing selections (and, of course, why did you stop in if not to taste/drink their beer??) The beers are all well made and true to style. Nothing "great" that you couldn't live without it but also nothing bad. Worth the trip.

Circling back for a review. I've been coming here pretty much since it opened. A hidden gem on Fremont in the otherwise dead Neonopolis. 10 seat bar and about as many tables. Decor is clean and modern. 14 of their own on tap and ~7 guest. High quality beers and always a few new offerings. Highly recommended in a town that sorely needs more craft beer

Edited too add that in more recent visits My unqualified reco now has a qualifier. They seem to have mostly the same beers on all the time. Fine for a fist visit as those beers are solid. But repeat vistits won’t find that many new offerings. The ticker in me wants more variety.

Wife and I on a short getaway to Vegas stopped in here yesterday to try the beer and take a tour. We came away so impressed and were very happy that we stopped in.

We started with a flight of beers, Kolsch, Session Pale Ale, Dunkel and Imperial Rye Stout.
The Dunkel just knocked my socks off, just a fantastic beer. Our 2nd favorite was the Imperial Rye Stout, this had just the right amount of creaminess and the Rye finishing bite really made this a wonderful beer. Came back later for more of the Dunkel.

Neither of us are very fond of hoppy beers, and we found the Pale Ale a bit hoppy for our tastes, both in aroma and flavor. It's not a knock against them, it just doesn't suit our tastes.

The Kolsch was also very good and fit the style very well in my opinion.

I see another review mentioned "butter bombs." Not sure where that rumor came from, there wasn't a hint of butter/diacytel in any beer we had.
Also wanted to thank the great guys that own this brewery, Nick took nearly an hour out of his evening to give us an indepth tour of their operation and answered every question we had. These are great guys producing great beer, go check them out.

Was there on vacation and wanted to try the new guy in town. I saw on a forum that their beers were butter bombs, but I wanted to still give Banger a try. I thought there beers were the farthest thing from butter bombs. The Downtown Brown was the WOW beer that I had, the Imperial Rye stout that was released on 3/15/14 was great and the black IPA great. I will definitely be back on my next visit next year.

An excellent new brewery on Freemont St. Although they are small in size and in operation, in my opinion they are already one of the top three breweries in the Vegas area alongside Tenaya Creek and Big Dog's. 10 taps on hand and a couple of other local brews as well. They had live music the night I was there. They do not have a kitchen but they do have small serving size containers of different flavored fresh popcorn to snack on.

I got a flight of their beers (10) and if I were to pick two that I liked most I would have to say their Hops Annonymous IPA and their DTB Brown Ale were excellent. I also got a sample tasting of their black IPA which was not on tap at the time because it hadn't been released yet.

I was given a tour of the facilities which was free, you just have to sign up and reserve a spot through their website or by calling the brewery.
