I had this on nito big mistake. Carbonation would have done wonders for this beer instead it really brought down the mouth feel and the aroma. Kind of a weird choice for a nitro beer. The taste was pretty good, overall standard Belgian yeast flavors lots of phenonls. I'll have to go back and try this one again.

Poured a clear golden colored body with no head to speak of. A fairly good looking ale, but could use a fluffier head, or any head. Scents of spicy Belgian yeast, with a white pepper phenolic character, light fruity esters reminiscent of apricot, light pine resin and hints of sugar cookie and sweet citrus. Overall impression of aroma is of a very spicy, phenolic Belgian Pale Ale with a nice fruity and malt sweetness in the background. Very nice and quire appealing. Flavor begins medium-dry with strong notes of white pepper, preserved bitter orange peel, spicy Belgian yeast and bitter, floral hops. Middle continues to be dry, with notes of bitter floral hops, herbal hops, continuing white pepper and spicy yeast, some orange peel and light apricot sweetness. Finish is dry with notes of white pepper, herbal hops, floral hops, spicy yeast, grainy malt and light fruitiness. Aftertaste is spicy yeast, white pepper and grainy malt. Overall impression of flavor is of a nicely hoppy, spicy and flavorful Belgian Pale Ale with a very light sweetness in the background. Very nice. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium-high carbonation and a light, effervescent feel with a drying finish. Overall impression of mouthfeel is of a classic Belgian Pale. Overall this is an excellent Belgian Pale. It has a wonderfully spicy aroma and flavor and a nice mouthfeel and a great level of hoppiness. If is quite pleasant and very refreshing, a good example of the style.
