Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy amber brown color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is wheat, spice and flowers. The taste is a smooth wheat flavor.

Pours darker than most hefeweizens. Cloudy as a hefe should be. Smells of banana and flower. Tastes are banana and yeast up front (banana bread) and floral and clove after that. Good hefe. Mad malts seem to know their stuff.
