Toffee 5 was the first beer I had from Prairie Sun, and it is still one my favourites. I like dark beer any time of the year, so it's great that this beer is a little on the lighter side, both in flavour and ABV. It has a very nice hint of toffee and chocolate, but not too overpowering.

This is my go to house beer from Prairie Sun. It has a light body and alcohol that makes this brew very sessionable. The sweet taste conquers any bitterness and leaves you wanting more. This is a great dark beer to enjoy year round.

Pours dark, slight head. Light on the mouth with hints of toffee and a heavy coffee roast taste. My favourite prairie sun offering.
