Pours a slight hazed golden color with a white head. smell & taste hate notes of lemon, cut grass citrus hops a sweet caramel. Mouth feel is crisp and watered down for an IPA had some citrus going, more like a sessionIPA to me

12 oz can
24 Jan 2017 in the bottom
Lightly hazed lighter amber, moderate off white head, then film and leaves Decent looking sheeting and spotty lacing.
Slight resiny hop nose
Kinda thin body and flavor wise with more resiny hops
Meh...almost makes it up to middle of the road IPA territory...almost

Picked up a 6 pack of cans of this a few days ago on my currently still ongoing vacation in Sarasota, FL. Poured into a standard pint glass, this beer pours a clear, medium amber/copper color with lots of streams of little bubbles continuously and fairly rapidly rising to the beer's surface. Has a white head that's initially about half an inch thick when first poured that settles very quickly to a very big cluster swirl of a film layer of foam that covers almost all of the beer's surface along with a medium sized ring lining the inside of the glass and some pretty solid lacing. Has a fairly toasted, biscuity malt aroma along with big piney and citrus hops. The taste is pretty much the same, with biscuit and fairly toasted caramel malt sweetness notes that give way to a slightly astringent citrus and piney hop bitterness. The hop flavors certainly do takeover and tend to dominate, as they are the pungent sort. And that's just fine by me. I really like the flavor profile here quite a bit. Has a mainly crisp, yet also somewhat smooth, slightly oily and resinous, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish with a somewhat dry aftertaste. A damn solid IPA here indeed!
