Imperial Amber Ale with Morita peppers and Tequila soaked Mesquite wood.
From bottle #51/400. Has hand writin bottle date of 10/16, that's always cool.
Poured into snifter, Unimpressive looking. Smells of smoke and semi sweet fruit. Taste is very complex. First the smoke. Then hint of tequila and ending with a very hot pepper bite. Leaving a sweet aftertaste. I'm not a fan of pepper beers but this has changed my mind on this style. The smoke and oak chips make it stand out from the rest. A must try if you can find it
