From the brewer: A refreshing Black Kolsch that uses a Schwarzbier-style grain bill with a Kolsch yeast. The bark beer has a light body and is easy to drink. Pilsen Munich Midnight wheat and dark caramel malts make up the backbone of this delicious and Northern Brewer hops gives it a nice mild bitterness.
