A simple but delicious pale ale using a combination of two malts (2-Row, Vienna) and 3 varieties (Brewer’s Gold, Cascade, Chinook) of locally grown, freshly picked hops. The hops were picked off Heidelburg Hop Heads (Robesonia, PA) vines on a Sunday and the beer was brewed Tuesday, ensuring the ultimate in “wet hop” freshness, adding extra character to the hop flavor from natural moisture that is normally dried off before use.
