Handsome amber brew with long-lasting foam in the Belgian wine-style glass. Deeply fragrant of limes. Light bodied and quite acidic. I can't detect the hop aroma with all the citrus.
Flavor is strongly limey. Then it's seriously bitter. I try to get the idea of SevenUp with a dose of quinine out of my mind. I"m a big fan of Schweppes Bitter Lemon, but this is both too bitter and tastes too much of citrus rind. On the plus side, it's another clean and well made beer from my favorite Temecula brewery.

Bottled August 16th 2016. 22 ounce bottle.
Pours a clear gold with an average head of foam, above average lacing.
Smells like. .a bunch of lime juice squirted into a beer. A hoppy beer. An IPA.
Lime highlights the initial taste and stays throughout. A plus to the very enjoyable hop presence. Not bitter at all; the lime lingers near eternally and that's why I love it. A very pleasant break from grapefruit/pine/grass.
What a nice departure from the norm. You gotta check it out!
