Poured from standard bottle into 16oz pilsner glass. Bottled 1/12/18.
Look: Dark yellow leaning more towards amber in color. 1" frothy white head formation after vigorous pour. Actually has hazy appearance as well.
Smell: Very interesting. I get aromas of apples, cinnamon, nutmeg and a sugar sweetness smell to it. Not much of hop profile on the smell, and definitely not something in a typical beer. Not a very strong smell, but still present.
Taste: Surprisingly good. Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and sugar on the front, with a green apple flavored finish. Not a taste found in typical brews. I actually get the taste reminiscing an apple pie.
Feel: Medium body and weight. Kind of haze the body feel that reminds me of NEIPAs, but not nearly on the same haze level. Low carbonation, very smooth and easy drinking.
Overall: I enjoyed this more that I thought I would have. It reminded me of an apple pie, which kudos to Garage Brewing for pulling it off. As always, I am grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Dark orange/gold pour with an off-white head. Aroma of baked apples, cinnamon and a hint of bread. Taste follows the nose with a big cinnamon apple pie flavor. Can taste nutmeg, brown sugar, and apple sauce. Full of flavor and much better than expected.

Amber gold with a thick off-white head that stayed a long time, leaving dots and streaks of lacing.
An abundance of spicy apple on the nose and palate. Very mild bitterness.
Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Nice semi-dry finish with apple cinnamon lingering all the way to the end.
More flavorful than what I had expected. Quite an enjoyable brew.
