Poured dark gold with a frothy off-white head that left a curtain of lacing.
A very nice burst of floral citrus upon removing the cap. Taste follows with hints of spicy herbal pine.
Medium carbonation. Solid bitterness and malt backbone. Somewhat pithy grapefruit finish.
A hop forward but well balanced DIPA. If you like juicy hot rods, then this is your ride!

This is about the most intensely grapefruit flavored beer I've ever had. It's a tribute to Garage Brewing that it's totally drinkable. Moderate bitterness with the inevitable grapefruit peel finish. Hops are listed as Chinook, Simcoe, and Amarillo.

Clear amber color in the wine glass with plenty of foam. Long lasting spritz adds to the pleasure. Tangy and tart, though surprisingly not overly acidic. It's just really, really fruity with the juice taste. At least they didn't go for the murky haze style. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Barons Market in San Diego.
