Our American Stout is rich and malty with plenty of full-bodied character. This bullish stout embodies the flavors of Roasted Barley, Chocolate, and Munich malt. Its powerful hop profile is nicely balanced with the rich malts. Its creamy long lasting head never backs down. At 8.0% ABV this stout warms your soul on any night.

22 oz bomber pours a rich black color with a small cap of tan head. Not much head, but what is there is fine-bubbled and leaves some spotty lace.
Nose is chocolate and cola with some pecan nuttiness. Smells pretty tasty.
Taste is drier than it smelled as it does not have much sweetness at all - more like cocoa powder than chocolate. Has a pretty significant leafy hop bitterness that feels very old world...grassy, herbal - minty even. The ABV is very well integrated and the beer is not overly thick, so that is impressive. Tastes and drinks more like a 5.5-6%'er. This is a solid offering, Im excited to check out their other stuff.
