Poured down side of glass with bubbly, foamy head slightly more than index finger. Foam dissipated in a few minutes, and lacing was moderate. Appearance was light gold and fairly clear. Nothing special about mouthfeel. Taste was tropical in mature. First impression was like drinking a tropical life saver in a beer. I detected very little bitterness or alcohol characteristics. Overalll, I enjoyed the beer as a summer refresher and would drink again in the heat. Not a typical IPA, so enjoyed a little variety from it.

Pours a hazy amber color with a small foamy head. Head retention is mild. Lacing is good. More of a grapefruit and tropical fruit aroma with very mild pine. Grapefruit flavor with a mild bitter hop. There is more of a tropical flavor at the end. A little more on the malty side. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Not bad.
