Opaque dark amber with a moderate cream colored head. Mild aroma consisting of cinnamon and wheat flour. The taste is a combination of that and a very light black coffee with hints of caramel. Like the ale it's based on, it's less bitter than expected, for which I'm thankful. A bit thin, however. Light to medium bodied.
