If you don't like what you see, fight it. If it's wrong, right it. Be authentic, classic and honest like a traditional German Helles. Not sweet, only a touch bitter, bright and true. Sometimes you just need to raise a little Helles.

This beer is underrated.
Purchased a can of this beer at a local grocery store. Poured into a tall pilsner glass. Bright clear yellow color with nice head and curtain lacing. Pleasant floral and bready smell. Crisp and refreshing taste. Bready with a nice bitter finish. Medium feel, appropriate for rye style. This is a helles beer I would drink again.

Pour is a clear straw yellow with a medium density white head with moderate retention
Nose is bready, cracker, biscuit, doughy malt character. hint of grassy hops.
Taste is a firm peppery, spicy noble hop character. followed by light bready malt. perhaps a bit more than the style would prescribe. odd light metallic finish.

Look: Very disappointing, way too cloudy. Almost looked like a Hefeweizen.
Smell: Okay, smelled a little green. Probably not the best malt was used.
Taste: Not terrible but not worth the extra expense of a craft beer. I think I prefer Modelo especial.
Overall: glad I only bought a single.
