Coconut-Coffee Hazy Pale Ale
Let the sweet, silky waves of coconut and fruity-roastiness of Steroscope's Ethiopia Rifica coffee wash over your palate in the long-awaited return of Toasted in Tahiti! Brewed with a pillowy malt base and coconut-toned Sabro hops, then finished with 100lbs of fresh coconut, 100lbs of toasted coconut, and 50lbs of freshly-roasted coffee beans. Light bodied with a languorous, lingering finish.

Tall, undated can.
Medium haze to the pour, lasting cap and some larger bubble sheeting.
Fruited sniff, yes with some coconuts and perhaps a whiff of cafe au lait and caramel.
Smooth and flavorful, I get more coconut, sweet and ripe tropical fruits, faintly some sweet coffee again.
On the sweeter side of the NEIPA spectrum….worth a try

Tasted like cigarette ash to me. I loved all the other Bottle Logic brews, but in my opinion this one is a miss.
