On draft. Dark black body, one finger offwhite head, good retention, bits of lacing. Smell is appropriate for a bigger porter; sweet milk chocolate, toasted dark malt, roasted espresso, a bit of lactose-like sweetness, cocoa astringency. Flavour follows; although slightly muted when compared to the robust nose. Mouthfeel is fuller bodied, appropriately carbonated, smooth with a roasty and cocoa-laden finish. A fairly sweet porter, but a nicely executed one.

Excellent beer! Sweet, very contemplating.
Even a friend of mine (Quang), who never drinks beer, loved it. However, it was too complex and flavorful to be enjoyed often. Best enjoying one per 2 weeks, or even longer.

Big, sweet Baltic Porter, jet black with a fine layer of thick foam, tons of milk chocolate notes, perhaps to excess, touches of dark fruit. Just a well executed take on the style.
