Pours a hazy golden-orange with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of melon, citrus zest, grapefruit juice, and peppery hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, grapefruit juice, earth, and herbal hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with a great mix of different hop characteristics that work together quite well.
