A touch of malt sweetness from Bohemian Pilsner and Caramunich malts that build a bit rounder body than a light lager or pilsner. The malt sweetness is balanced by the 'spicy' herbal character of traditional German hops: Magnum, Tettnang and Mittelfrueh.

Clear golden brew with plenty of foam in the tall Pilsner glass. It doesn't taste very malty to me. There is a hint of sweetness but then it's a little melon taste with lemony finish. Slightly tangy but no hint of bitterness. The fruity notes are pleasant, but it seems to be missing something. Still, This is quite gulpable and a decent choice for a lower-alcohol Lager. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 08132025.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a clear yellow with minimal head. The nose is grainy, wet grass, a touch of leather, wheat, and bread. The taste follows the nose. Nice sweetness, malts, honey, lemon, leather, and bread. Really smooth overall.

draft pour into standard shaker pint glass. clear golden yellow with barely a finger of soapy white foam head. grains and bread on the nose. taste has the same but with a little touch of hop bitterness on the finish. it’s very smooth and quite easy drinking on a hot afternoon such as today but it also lacks a little flavor punch. not bad though.

On tap at Bottle Logic Brewing in Anaheim, CA.

Pours a clear yellow with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, grass, and hay aromas. Taste is much the same with fruit, grass, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is straightforward but solid.

Serving type: on tap.
