Had a goblet at the brewery this past Sunday before the Ducks - Red Wings game.
Beer was golden with a nice white head.
Nose has mild tripel yeast impartations - hints of light fruits.
Taste started off like Chimay Cinq Cents with the esters and light fruits. Finish was a tad malty.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and fairly smooth.
Overall a very enjoyable beer by a US brewer doing justice to a belgian style!
