A: Moderately light watermelon flesh, followed by a light citrusy hop aroma.
A: Deep golden color, clear, with a thin white head that has decent retention before forming a thin ring around the glass.
T: Clean and crisp with moderately light watermelon rind, light watermelon flesh, that quickly leads to a grassy hop flavor that has a moderate hop bitterness.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Alright; the beer has a nice fragrant watermelon aroma that works well with the base wheat beer, but the hops do not pair well and are overly grassy and much too bitter to work with the watermelon.
