A: Moderate ripe mango with light banana and moderate sourness.
A: Slightly dull golden color, opaque, with a dense white head that has adequate retention.
T: Moderate ripe, slightly pithy mango flavor, followed by light banana and a some what sharp sourness that lasts through the finish.
M: Medium light bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Alright; the mango flavor is a bit pithy and the banana could be more prominent. The beer would be even better if the sourness was a bit less sharp.

White head. Golden mango color.
The bananas and mangos show nicely hear. It was fun being able to taste the bananas in a beer. Sour and tart. Light bodied. Lemon and lime citrus.
